Have you ever tried grilled avocado? If you haven’t it’s about time you try it 🤩 it’s creamy, a bit warm yet firm and fresh. It makes both a perfect appetizer or side dish! This one is served with oven roasted quinoa, sesame seeds and lemon juice.
Grilled mini aubergines, a fresh gremolata and ricotta salata makes the most epic combo, just sayin!
