Fresh Figs with Goat Cheese & Prosciutto

These cute little appetizers/snacks are easy, light and only requires four main ingredients. The combination of fresh juicy figs together with the tangy goat cheese and salty prosciutto is amazing. I really love to add some fresh basil and thick balsamic vinegar on top as well.

An appetizer/snack should according to me not be too heavy. It should be something light and easy, just to get your appetite going. Thats why I love to add some fresh and light ingredients when including cheese and charcuteries. For me this appetizer has just the right balance of freshness and the heavier cheese and ham.
