Wax Bean Fries (Oil Free)

These Wax Bean Fried are a fun alternative to the classic potato fries. I tried them out ones and now I’ve been making them 3-4 times a week because they are so delicious and easy to make. They are perfect if you are looking for a low carb option to regular fried or you just want something easy and crispy!

I mean just look at them! And I didn’t even use any oil. They turn out so crispy, even crisper than oven baked potato fries. And they taste absolutely delicious. I use them as French fries, add them to salads, serve as appetizer or just eat them as a snack.

Ingredients

  • 200 g Wax beans
  • Sea salt, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius.
  • Put wax beans on a parchment covered baking sheet and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown.
  • Sprinkle sea salt on top.
