Two Ingredient Mango Chocolate Popsicles (Vegan, Gluten, Grain Free & No Added Sugar)
This is a silly easy popsicle recipe that only requires two ingredients and takes five minutes to prepare.

- 250 g Frozen mango
- 50 g Vegan sugar free chocolate chopped
Let the mango thaw for 2-4 minutes, then add to a high speed blender and mix until smooth.
Meanwhile melt chocolate in a microwave or over a water bath.
Make 4-6 popsicles (depending on how big your popsicle molds are) by adding about 1-2 tsp of mango batter to the mold.
Next add about one tsp of melted chocolate in the middle, and fill up with mango batter.
Repeat with the remaining.
Add popsicle to the mold and place in the freezer for 2 hours.
