Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cucumber thinly sliced
  • 5 Radishes thinly sliced
  • 1 Spring onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 Lemon juiced
  • Salt (optional)

Instructions

  • Slice the cucumber, radish and spring onion and place on a plate
  • Drizzle lemon juice from half a lemon on top
  • Season with salt (optional)
