Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius.
Start by making the filling by combining all ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.
Continue by making the crust by combining all ingredients in a bowl. Using a fork or your hands combine everything unti you have a firm dough.
Now make the crust by combining dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another bowl. Add wet ingredients to the bowl with the dry ones.
Combine until everything is well incorporated.
Add the crust onto a parchment paper. Make an evenly thin layer using your hands or using a rolling pin.
Put the parchment paper in a baking pan.
Add the filling on top of the crust. Gently push the filling a little bit with your hands so it really sits in place.
Add the crumble on top by sprinkling an even layer.
Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until peaches are soft and the rust is baked through.
