Roasted Tomatoes on a Feta Yogurt Bed (Gluten, Grain, Oil Free & Low Carb)

This is a warm and delicous side dish with good quality tomatoes served on a delicious feta cheese yoghurt bed

  • 20 Good quality cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 package Feta cheese
  • 3-4 tbsp Plain yoghurt
  • Fresh basil roughly chopped
  • Sea salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper


  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  • Add the tomatoes to a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until they're starting to break a little and getting golden brown.
  • Meahwhile combine feta cheese and yoghurt using a hand mixer.
  • Mix until smooth and a bit fluffy.
  • When tomatoes are ready put the feta yoghurt dip on a plate.
  • Put warm cherry tomatoes on top.
  • Add freshly ground pepper, sea salt and fresh basil on top.
  • Serve warm.
