Wax Bean Fries (Vegan, Gluten, Grain, Oil Free & Low Carb)
This recipe is for easy, delicious and crispy wax bean fried that can be eaten as snack or served as a side dish.
- 200 g Wax beans
- Sea salt, to taste (optional)
- A drizzle of Olive oil (optional, I did not use it)
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Put wax beans on a parchment covered baking sheet. Bake as are or drizzle with a little bit of olive oil and sea salt if preferred. Bake in the oven for 7-12 minutes, until golden brown.
Sprinkle sea salt on top. Serve immediately.
