Wax Bean Fries (Vegan, Gluten, Grain, Oil Free & Low Carb)
This recipe is for easy, delicious and crispy wax bean fried that can be eaten as snack or served as a side dish.
- 200 g Wax beans
- Sea salt, to taste (optional)
- A drizzle of Olive oil (optional, I did not use it)
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius.
Put wax beans on a parchment covered baking sheet and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown. If using olive oil, drizzle a little bit of oil over the wax beans and stir to combine.
Sprinkle sea salt on top.
