Pear Sauce with Cardamom (Vegan & Sugar Free)
This is a simple, delicious and healthy recipe for a pear sauce/jam.

- 3 Pears peeled (optional) and diced
- 1 tsp Freshly ground cardamom seeds
- 2 tbsp Water
Peel (optional) the pears and dice them.
Ground the cardamom seeds preferably using a mortel.
Bring water to a boil in a pot.
Add the pears and cardamom and lower the heat. Let it shimmer until pears are soft and most of the water has evaporated.
Mix using a hand mixer until smooth.
Let it cool, place in a jar and store in the fridge.
