Green Smoothie Bowl (Vegan, Gluten, Grain & Sugar Free)

This is a delicous and creamy smoothie bowl topped with grain free granola

For the smoothie bowl

  • 250 g Frozen mango
  • 2 small Bananas
  • 2 hands full of Fresh spinach
  • 1-2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2-1 dl Plant based milk (I used almond) or water

For the topping

  • 4 tbsp Granola
  • 2 tbsp Blueberries


  • Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender and mix until smooth. You might need to stop the mixer and stir the ingredients with a spoon a few times.
  • Taste to check if more lemon juice or milk/water is needed.
  • Pour the smoothie into two bowls.
  • Top with granola and fresh blueberries.
