Green Smoothie Bowl (Vegan, Gluten, Grain & Sugar Free)
This is a delicous and creamy smoothie bowl topped with grain free granola
Servings 2 bowls
For the smoothie bowl
- 250 g Frozen mango
- 2 small Bananas
- 2 hands full of Fresh spinach
- 1-2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/2-1 dl Plant based milk (I used almond) or water
For the topping
- 4 tbsp Granola
- 2 tbsp Blueberries
Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender and mix until smooth. You might need to stop the mixer and stir the ingredients with a spoon a few times.
Taste to check if more lemon juice or milk/water is needed.
Pour the smoothie into two bowls.
Top with granola and fresh blueberries.
