Bresaola, Mozzarella & Mango Salad (Gluten & Grain Free)
This is a fresh and light salad that is perfect to make when you want something delicous yet light.

- 10 slices Bresaola
- 1 Mango Peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 Mozzarella thinly sliced
- A bunch of Fresh basil roughly chopped
- Sea salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Sesame seeds, to garnish
- Olive oil (optional)
Peel and slice the mango into thin slices lengthwise.
Drain the mozzarella and slice into thin slices.
Arrange bresaola, mozzarella and mango in a circle on a plate.
Top with fresh basil, sea salt, black pepper and sesame seeds.
Drizzle some olive oil if prefered (I did not use it).
