Bresaola, Mozzarella & Mango Salad (Gluten & Grain Free)

This is a fresh and light salad that is perfect to make when you want something delicous yet light.

  • 10 slices Bresaola
  • 1 Mango Peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 Mozzarella thinly sliced
  • A bunch of Fresh basil roughly chopped
  • Sea salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Sesame seeds, to garnish
  • Olive oil (optional)


  • Peel and slice the mango into thin slices lengthwise.
  • Drain the mozzarella and slice into thin slices.
  • Arrange bresaola, mozzarella and mango in a circle on a plate.
  • Top with fresh basil, sea salt, black pepper and sesame seeds.
  • Drizzle some olive oil if prefered (I did not use it).
