3-4dropsVanilla stevia drops (can be replaced by 1 tsp vanilla extract)
1tbspSugar if you prefer sweeter pancakes (optional, I did not use it)

Instructions
Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl
Add the wet ingredients and combine until you have a smooth batter
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees
Preheat a nonstick pan over medium heat with some coocnut ouk in it
Make small pancakes by using one tsp of batter
Fry on each side until golden
When done put in a oven safe dish and put it in the oven while frying the rest of the batter. This will keep them warm and also make them extra crispy around the edges
