Plum Cobbler (Vegan, Gluten, Sugar Free & Low Carb)

This is an easy and super delicious plum cobbler that can be served both for breakfast, afternoon snack or dessert.

Ingredients

For the filling

  • 15-20 Plums pitted and sliced
  • 1/2-1 dl Stevia granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Cardamom

For the crust

  • 2 dl Almond flour
  • 1 dl Tapoica flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2-1 dl Stevia granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp Apple sauce
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil melted and slightly cooled
  • 2 tbsp Plant based milk

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  • Pit and slice the plums. Add the rest of the ingredients for the filling and toss to combine. Place in a skillet (18 cm) or a baking pan.
  • Combine the ingredients for the crust in a bowl and mix until you have a firm dough. Form five round and equally sized patties and place on top of the plums. Or just crumble the topping over the plums if prefered.
  • Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
