This is a recipe for a delicious, quick and easy Plum Cobbler. This recipe only requires a few key ingredients and five minutes of your time to throw together. Serve this plum cobbler for breakfast, afternoon snack or dessert. This cobbler is both vegan, gluten, sugar free and low carb.

Aren’t cobblers one of the most delicious and easy dessert or snacks that you can make? They’re really so great since you can use any fruits you like or have at home and they only need minimal effort to prepare. Cobblers are actually what I make both when I have some fruits that are starting too look a little sad and when I feel like making dessert last minute! This plum cobbler is the perfect and easy fall bake when you want something that is both healthy, easy, quick and super delicious! It really only takes five minutes to throw together and taste so yummy. I added both cinnamon and cardamom to the plums to make this cobbler feel warm, cozy and perfect for fall baking. The crust is made with almond and tapioca flour, some apple sauce, coconut oil and plat based milk, which makes it both gluten, grain free and low carb. It’s also sugar free which makes it a great and healthy breakfast or afternoon snack option.
A few tips:
- Use ripe and sweet plums. If they’re very ripe they might be a little hard to core, but it doesn’t matter if they break a little since they will anyways be baked until soft and you will not see how they look anyways.
- I seasoned the plums with cinnamon and cardamom to add some extra warm and cozy flavors. But you can skip them if preferred.
- The amount of sugar can be adjusted according to how sweet the plums are and how sweet you prefer your cobbler.
- I chose to make round patties of the crust. But you can also just crumble the crust over the plums and making it look more like a crumble pie.
