1canChickpeasdrained and rinsed
Olive oil (optional)
Additional seasoning (optional)
Cinnamon
Paprika powder
Salt
Cayenne pepper
Fresh herbs mixed with a little bit of olive oil
Curry
Ground cilantro
Cumin
Honey or syrup
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius.
If using any seasoning covered the chickpeas with it.
Spread the drained chickpeas evenly on a parchment covered baking sheet.
Bake in the oven for 45-60 minutes, or until crunchy. Dont have them in for too long, since they will only get dry and taste like paper. They should only get crunch, to taste one to check if they're done.
