- 1/2 Cucumber thinly sliced
- 5 Radishes thinly sliced
- 1 Spring onion thinly sliced
- 1/2 Lemon juiced
- Salt (optional)
Slice the cucumber, radish and spring onion and place on a plate
Drizzle lemon juice from half a lemon on top
Season with salt (optional)
