Quick Apple Cardamom Breakfast Buns (Gluten, Nut, Butter & Oil Free)
These easy, quick and cozy breakfast buns are perfect to make for a weekend breakfast or brunch. They literally take 5-10 minutes to throw together and taste amazing.

For the breakfast buns 2 Eggs whisked 2 (1) dl (cup) Yogurt or filmjölk 4 (1 2/3) dl (cups) Rolled oats 1/2 (1/5) dl (cups) Flaxeeds 1/2 tsp Cardamom freshly ground 1/2 tsp Cinnamon 1/2 tsp Salt 1 1/2 tsp Baking powder To top Cardamom (optional) freshly ground Rolled oats (optional)
Preheat your air fryer to 185 degrees Celsius or your oven to 200 degrees Celcius.
Whisk together eggs and yogurt in a bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
Form 6-8 equally sized buns and place on parchment paper.
Top with freshly ground cardamom and/or rolled oats.
Bake in the air fryer for 15-17 minutes or in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
Remove from the air fryer/oven and let them cool for 10 minutes.
