Berry Filled Bliss Balls (Vegan, Gluten, Oil & Sugar Free)

These bliss balls are delicous, healthy and filled with a berry sauce

Ingredients

For the bliss balls

  • 2 dl Cashew nuts
  • 1 dl Oats
  • 4 Dates pitted
  • 1 tbsp Fiber syrup
  • 1/2 Apple cored and peeled
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • Some water to thin (if needed)

For the berries

  • 1 dl Mixed berries (I used blueberries, raspberries and blackberries)
  • 1/2 tbsp Potato starch

Instructions

For the berry sauce

  • Add berries and potato starch in a pot and bring to shimmer.
  • Let it shimmer for a few minutes, stiring occasionally.
  • Add more potato starch if the sauce if too runny.
  • Take of the stove and let it cool while you prepare the dough for the bliss balls.

For the bliss balls

  • Add all ingredients for the bliss balls in a blender, except for the water, and mix until smooth.
  • Add som water if the dough is too thick.
  • Make small thin round patties using your hands.
  • Add about 1/2-1 tsp berry sauce and seal the balls around the sauce.
  • Repeat until all are done.
  • Store in the fridge.
