These bliss balls are delicious and comes with a surprise on the inside. They are easy to make, vegan, gluten & sugar free! I wanted to combine my two favorites from summer and autumn; berries and apples. So I made these apple bliss balls that are filled with a delicious berry sauce. The apples gives the bliss balls moist and sweetness. The berry sauce is a delicious and unexpected surprise on the inside.

You can easily swap the berries to any berries you have at home, in that way you have one recipe that can be diversified in several different ways. You can the nuts you prefer or have at home, all nuts should work. It might be a good idea to wet your fingers a little when sealing the balls, that will prevent them from breaking. These bliss balls can be stored in the fridge up to one week.
