Ingredients

  • 1 Zucchini thinly sliced
  • 10 tbsp Ajvar
  • Sunflower sprouts

Instructions

  • Slice the zucchini, preferably using a mandolin.
  • Put about 1 tbsp ajvar on each zucchini slice.
  • Add some sprouts on the ajvar.
  • Roll together the rolls.
