Ajvar filled Zucchini Rolls
Quick, fresh and easy zucchini rolls filled with ajvar

- 1 Zucchini thinly sliced
- 10 tbsp Ajvar
- Sunflower sprouts
Slice the zucchini, preferably using a mandolin.
Put about 1 tbsp ajvar on each zucchini slice.
Add some sprouts on the ajvar.
Roll together the rolls.
