- Zucchini
- Ajvar
- Sunflower sprouts

Quick, fresh and easy zucchini rolls filled with ajvar
Servings 10
Ingredients
- 1 Zucchini thinly sliced
- 10 tbsp Ajvar
- Sunflower sprouts
Instructions
- Slice the zucchini, preferably using a mandolin.
- Put about 1 tbsp ajvar on each zucchini slice.
- Add some sprouts on the ajvar.
- Roll together the rolls.
