Ajvar filled Zucchini Rolls

These zucchini rolls are so easy to make and are the perfect snack/finger food to serve pre dinner. They are fresh, healthy and only required three ingredients.

I love using zucchini to make pre dinner snacks/appetizers. They make crunchy and fresh snacks, and don’t get you too full before eating dinner.

  • Zucchini
  • Ajvar
  • Sunflower sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 Zucchini thinly sliced
  • 10 tbsp Ajvar
  • Sunflower sprouts

Instructions

  • Slice the zucchini, preferably using a mandolin.
  • Put about 1 tbsp ajvar on each zucchini slice.
  • Add some sprouts on the ajvar.
  • Roll together the rolls.
