Apple & Cinnamon Oat Muffins with Oat Crumble (Gluten & Sugar Free)
These muffins are easy, delicous and healthy, with a lovely taste of apple and cinnamon.

For the muffins
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 dl Greek yogurt (low fat)
- 1/2 dl Apple sauce
- 2 dl Oat flour
- 1 dl Oats
- 1- 1 1/2 dl Stevia Sugar or corresponding amout of coconut sugar
- 1 tsp Bakings powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 small Apple peeled and finely diced
For the crumble
- 1 dl Oats
- 1 dl Oat flour
- 2 tsp Coconut oil
- 2 tsp Apple sauce (or more coconut oil)
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tbsp Stevia granular sugar
- 1 small Apple thinly sliced
