These asian inspired spicy shrimp bites are great to serve as finger food, appetizers or evening snack. They're quick and easy to make and absolutely delicious.

1-1 1/2tspSriracha (or more if you prefer it even spicier)
1Scallionthinly sliced
1-2tbspCilantrochopped
For serving
6smallLettuce leaves
1/3Scallionthinly sliced
2Radishesthinly sliced
Furikake or sesame seeds
Cilantro
Instructions
Peel and rinse the shrimps. Combine with the rest of the shrimp ingredients. Taste to check if more seasoning is needed. Place in the fridge until serving.
Prepare about 6 small lettuce leaves.
Divide the shrimps between the lettuce leaves, top with thinly sliced radish, scallion, furikake seasoning and cilantro.
