Ingredients
For the blinis
1dlBuckwheat flour
1/4dlRice flour (or more buckwheat)
1Egg
1dlMilk (I used almond)
1/2tspSalt
3/4tspBaking powder
1-2tspOlive oil, to fry
Topping 1
1 1/2tbspCreme Fraîche
6tspRed fish roe
6Shrimpspeeled
Dill, to garnish
Topping 2
1-1 1/2tbspCreme Fraîche
6tspBlack fish roe
6Shrimpspeeled

2slicesSmoked salmondivided into smaller pieces

Instructions
Add all the ingredients for the blini except for the olive oil in a blender and mix until smooth.
Let the batter rest while you preheat a nonstick pan over medium heat with a little olive oil.
Make small pancakes by adding about 1 tsp of batter to the pan. Don't make too many at a time, it will make it hard to flip them. Fry for 1-2 minutes until golden brown, then flip and fry for another 1-2 minutes on the other side.
Repeat with the rest of the batter.
Meanwhile peel the shrimps and cut the salmon into smaller pieces.
Make six blinis with each of the toppings mentioned above.
