Breakfast Apple Pie (Gluten, Nut, Oil & Sugar Free)
This is an easy, delicious and healthy apple pie that can be served both for breakfast, afternoon snack or dessert

- 1 dl Oat flour
- 1/2 dl Oats
- 1 Egg
- 1 dl Greek yogurt (or similar)
- 2 tbsp Apple sauce
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 2-4 tbsp Xylitol
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Apple thinly sliced
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Add all the ingredients except for the sliced apples to a bowl and stir/whisk until you have a smooth batter.
Pour the batter into an oven safe baking dish.
Arrange the apple slices in a circle on top. Sprinkle with some more cinnamon if desired.
Bake in the oven for 19-23 minutes, until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
