Breakfast Apple Pie (Gluten, Nut, Oil & Sugar Free)

This is an easy, delicious and healthy apple pie that can be served both for breakfast, afternoon snack or dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 dl Oat flour
  • 1/2 dl Oats
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 dl Greek yogurt (or similar)
  • 2 tbsp Apple sauce
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 2-4 tbsp Xylitol
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Apple thinly sliced

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  • Add all the ingredients except for the sliced apples to a bowl and stir/whisk until you have a smooth batter.
  • Pour the batter into an oven safe baking dish.
  • Arrange the apple slices in a circle on top. Sprinkle with some more cinnamon if desired.
  • Bake in the oven for 19-23 minutes, until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
