Chocolate Baked Oats (Vegan, Gluten & Refined Sugar Free)
This is an easy and super delicious recipe for chocolate oven baked oats.

For the baked oats
- 1 1/2 dl Rolled oats
- 3/4 dl Steel cut oats
- 1/2-3/4 dl Cacao powder
- 2 dl Plant based milk
- 4-5 drops Stevia vanilla drops (optional)
- A pinch of Salt
For the topping
- 2-4 tbsp Almond butter
- 4-5 Walnuts roughly chopped
- 1 Banana sliced
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius.
Combine all the ingredients for the oats in a bowl and divide between two small oven safe bowls.
Bake in the oven for approximately 15 minutes.
Meanwhile prepare the topping.
Take out of the oven and top with nut butter, chopped walnuts and sliced banana.
