Chocolate Baked Oats (Vegan, Gluten & Refined Sugar Free)

This is an easy and super delicious recipe for chocolate oven baked oats.

Ingredients

For the baked oats

  • 1 1/2 dl Rolled oats
  • 3/4 dl Steel cut oats
  • 1/2-3/4 dl Cacao powder
  • 2 dl Plant based milk
  • 4-5 drops Stevia vanilla drops (optional)
  • A pinch of Salt

For the topping

  • 2-4 tbsp Almond butter
  • 4-5 Walnuts roughly chopped
  • 1 Banana sliced

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius.
  • Combine all the ingredients for the oats in a bowl and divide between two small oven safe bowls.
  • Bake in the oven for approximately 15 minutes.
  • Meanwhile prepare the topping.
  • Take out of the oven and top with nut butter, chopped walnuts and sliced banana.
