These are two easy and delicous Christmas or New Year's drinks that are super easy to make

Ingredients
For the gin drink
8dlGin (I used Hendricks)
9-10Ice cubes (I added some fresh cranberries to the water before freezing them, but you can also just add cranberries straight to the drink)
250mlApple cider (I used Fra Fejo)chilled
A splash ofSoda waterchilled
2sprigsFresh rosemary
For the champagne drink
250mlChampagne or dry sparkling winechiled
250mlApple cider (I used Fra Fejo)chilled
4slicedDried apples (optional)
Instructions
Start by making the ice cubes if using ice cubes with cranberries.
For the gin drink
Add ice cubes to two glasses.
Add 4 dl of gin in each glass, and 125 ml apple cider (you can adjust the amount of apple cider depending on how strong you prefer your drink) and top with soda water.
Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs.
For the champagne drink
Pour champagne in two glasses, top with apple cider (you can adjust the amount depending on how strong you prefer your drink).
