Here are two easy and delicious winter drinks made using apple cider. They only require 2/3 ingredients each and are ready in only five minutes (maximums). (This post is sponsored by eatmybrand.se)

To be honest, Im not the biggest fan of drinks. I prefer just drinking a good glass of wine or champagne on it’s own. Buuuut, sometimes it feels a bit more festive with a drink. So if I do go for a drink I like something simple, not having too many ingredients but choosing good quality ingredients instead. Those of you who have followed me for a while know that I prefer sweets a little less sweet, and that goes even More when comes to drinks. I really hate those sweet drinks, with lots of syrup and other sweet add-ins. I really prefer it simple and east. But that doesn’t mean it has to be boring or tasteless. I really believe in using good quality ingredients that provides all the flavors you like, without adding lot of other ingredients to make it taste more. Another important point for me when making a drink is that I don’t want it to be too complicated when making it at home. Because, to be honest, who has the stash of a bar at home? I don’t.
Therefore I created two really simple drink, that only require 2/3 ingredients and are ready in no time! Both include apple cider (yes, I looooove apples in all ways and forms). One if a delicious gin and apple cider drink with cranberry ice cubes, soda water and some rosemary on top. The other one is a luxurious champagne drink with apple cider. For both drink I used apple cider from Fra Fejo. It’s an organic danish brand making good quality products using less sugar. But you can of course use any apple cider you can find, but I would really urge you to choose a good quality one, it’s such a big difference when comes to flavor.
