Citrus & Mozzarella Salad (Gluten Free)
This is a healthy, easy and delicous salad that is ready in only five minutes.

- 1 Mozzarella
- 1/2 Grapefruit filead and sliced
- 1/2 Orange filead and sliced
- Sunflower sprouts
- 1/2 tbsp Hazelnuts roughly chopped
- Freshly ground pepper, to taste
- Olive oil (optional, I did not use it)
- Balsamic vinegar (optional)
Filea the grapefruit and orange and then slice into 1/2 cm slices.
Arrange the grapefruit and orange on a plate.
Add the mozzarella on the side.
Top with sunflower sprouts, chopped hazelnuts and freshly ground pepper. Add olive oil or/and balsamic vinegar on top.
