Date Bite with Blue Cheese (Gluten Free)
This is the perfect recipe when you need a quick and delciosu snack or appetizer

- 8 Dates pitted
- 8 slices Blue cheese (I used Stilton)
- 4-5 Walnuts chopped
- Fiber syrup, agave or honey, to top (optional)
- Thick balsamic vinegar (optional)
- Marmalade (optional)
Cut a slice in the dates lenghtwise and remove the pit.
Add a slice of blue cheese in the middle.
Top with roughly chopped walnuts and fiber syrup, agave or honey (if using).
