Ingredients

  • 8 Dates pitted
  • 8 slices Blue cheese (I used Stilton)
  • 4-5 Walnuts chopped
  • Fiber syrup, agave or honey, to top (optional)
  • Thick balsamic vinegar (optional)
  • Marmalade (optional)

Instructions

  • Cut a slice in the dates lenghtwise and remove the pit.
  • Add a slice of blue cheese in the middle.
  • Top with roughly chopped walnuts and fiber syrup, agave or honey (if using).
