- Blue cheese (or any cheese you like and prefer)
- Waltnuts
- Agave/fiber syrup or honey (optional)
- Thick balsamic vinegar (optional)

Date Bite with Blue Cheese (Gluten Free)
Ingredients
- 8 Dates pitted
- 8 slices Blue cheese (I used Stilton)
- 4-5 Walnuts chopped
- Fiber syrup, agave or honey, to top (optional)
- Thick balsamic vinegar (optional)
- Marmalade (optional)
Instructions
- Cut a slice in the dates lenghtwise and remove the pit.
- Add a slice of blue cheese in the middle.
- Top with roughly chopped walnuts and fiber syrup, agave or honey (if using).
