Glazed Point Cabbage (Vegan, Gluten & Sugar Free)

This is a delicous recipe for a baked cabbage with a soicy dressing.

Ingredients

  • 1 Point cabbage divided into four or six wedges
  • 1 dl Vegan yogurt
  • 2-4 tsp Sriracha sauce(depending on how spicy you prefer your dressing)
  • 1 dl Cauliflower rice
  • A drizzle of agavge or fiber syrup
  • Sea salt, to taste
  • Parsley, to garnish roughly chopped
  • 1/2 Lime cut into wedges

Instructions

  • Prehrat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  • Drizzle with agavge or fiber syrup and olie oil and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Just until browned, a bit tender and soft, but still not cooked though.
  • Meahwhile combine yogurt and sriracha in a bowl.
  • Place cauliflower rice on a plate. Top with baked point cabbage and add the sriracha sauce on the side. Add chopped parsley on top and lime wedges on the side.
