Greek Yogurt with Home Made Raspberry Jam and Granola (Gluten Free)
This is an easy, delcious and simple breakfast or afternoon snack

- 2 dl Raspberries
- 4-5 drops Stevia vanilla drops
- 1 tbsp Stevia granular sugar (can be omitted if you prefer less sweet jam)
- 1/2 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 dl Greek yogurt
- 3-4 tbsp Granola
- Raspberries, to top
Add the first three ingredients to a small pot and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and let it shimmer for five minutes.
Add the chia seeds and lemon juice and stir together. Let it cook for another 10 minutes.
When the jam is done let it cool for five minutes then add at the bottom of two glasses.
Add greek yogurt and top with crunchy granola and raspberries.
