Place the porridge blends (see note for alternatives to the porridge blends) in two separate bowls and add three dl of water to each of them. Add a pinch of salt (optional).
Bring to a boil and then lower and let it shimmer for about five minutes, or until it has thickened.
Meanwhile turn on your waffle machine.
When the porridges are done grease the waffle machine with coconut oil.
Add the porridge blend to the waffle machine (one at a time or in two separate if having a double waffle machine) and let them bake until golden brown and crispy.
Meanwhile preheat a nonstick pan over medium heat with some coconut oil.
Add the diced apples and cinnamon to pan and fry until the apples are golden brown.
When the waffle are done top the apple porridge waffle with Greek yogurt/quark/whipped cream, fried apples and some cardamom and seed porridge blend.
Top the cardamom & seed waffles with Greek yogurt/quarck/whipped cream, blueberries and chocolate granola.
Serve immediately while warm.
