Salmon Sashimi with Berries & Spicy Tamari Sauce (Gluten, Grain Free & Low Carb)
This is a fresh, delicious and tasty dish that is ready in 10 minutes and perfect to serve as a starter or side dish.

- 100 g Salmon sashimi thinly sliced
- 10 Raspberries
- 10 Blueberries
- Cilantro
- 1/2 tbsp Sesame seeds
For the sauce
- 1 tbsp Tamari or soy sauce
- 1 tsp Chili oil
- Chili flakes, to taste
- 1 tsp Fiber syrup, agave or honey
- 1/2 tsp Lemon juice (optional)
Preheat a nonstick pan and dry roast the sesame seeds for a few minutes, until warm and golden brown.
Combine the ingredients for the sauce in a small bowl. Taste to check if additional seasoning is needed.
Slice the salmon into thin slices and place on a plate.
Top with fresh berries, cilantro and sesame seeds.
Serve with the tamari sauce.
