Toast with Burrata & Pesto (Gluten Free)
This is an easy and super delicous sandwhich that is perfect to serve for brunch, lunch or as a starter.

- 2 slices Gluten free bread
- 1 Burrata divided in two
- 2-3 tbsp Pesto (or more if you like)
- 1-2 tbsp Sunflower seeds, to top
- Arugula, to top
- Sea salt, to taste
Preaheat a nonstick pan with some olive oil.
Add the sliced bread and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side, just until golden brown.
Place on plate/plates, top with half a burrata each, pesto, sunflower seeds, arugula and sea salt (if using).
Serve immediately.
