This is a silly easy popsicle recipe that only requires two ingredients and takes five minutes to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 250 g Frozen mango
  • 50 g Vegan sugar free chocolate chopped

Instructions

  • Let the mango thaw for 2-4 minutes, then add to a high speed blender and mix until smooth.
  • Meanwhile melt chocolate in a microwave or over a water bath.
  • Make 4-6 popsicles (depending on how big your popsicle molds are) by adding about 1-2 tsp of mango batter to the mold.
  • Next add about one tsp of melted chocolate in the middle, and fill up with mango batter.
  • Repeat with the remaining.
  • Add popsicle to the mold and place in the freezer for 2 hours.
