I love simple, easy and healthy food. Making a nutritious meal doesn’t have to take much time. It amazing how you can make a beautiful plate filled with delicious, healthy and nutritious food in just five minutes. Today I made this plate by spiralizing a zucchini and using my Broccoli, Parsley & Almond Pesto I did last week.
I try to never throw food away. So when I had some sad looking broccoli and parsley last week I decided to make and Broccoli, Parsley & Almond Pesto. It turned out so creamy and good.
Ingredients for the Zoodles and Broccoli, Parsley and Almond Pesto:
- Natural yeast
- Sunflowe seeds
I love fresh dishes like this one, containing a lot of different vegetables, healthy nuts, fresh citrus flavors and fresh herbs. Theres so much flavor in everything and you can just feel how you boost your body with vitamins and antioxidants.
Zoodles with Broccoli, Parsley & Almond Pesto
- 1 Zucchini spiralized
- 4 tbsp Broccoli, Parsley & Almond Pesto
- 2 tbsp Sunflower seeds
- Combine the zoodles with the pesto in a bowl.
- Sprinkle with sunflower seeds on top.
