These Fish, Seafood & Peach Skewers are the perfect skewers to put on the grill if you want to skip the meat and chicken but still want something that is filling but light. They are ready in just 15 minutes and pairs well with good salad, some potatoes or just on their own.
I chose to use cod fillet, scallops and shrimps. But you can swap and use whatever you have handy or find in the store. But try to choose fish & seafood that have approximately the same cooking time so that they are done at the same time.
Ingredients for these Fish, Seafood & Peach Skewers:
- Cod fillet
Fish, Seafood & Nectarine Skewers
- 1-2 Cod fillet diced
- 10 Shrimps
- 6 Scallops
- 2 Nectarine pitted and diced
- Turn on the grill.
- Put everything on skewers, either mixing all ingredients equally or making different skewers for each.
- Grill for 12-15 minutes.
