Ingredients

  • 2 slices Sweet potato
  • 2-4 slices Prosciutto
  • 8 Asparagus
  • 2 Burrata
  • Black pepper, to top
  • Micro greens, to top

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celcius.
  • Put the two slices of sweet potato on a parchment covered baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes (until soft and golden).
  • Meanwhile preheat a nonstick pan over medium heat and fry the asparagus on meadium heat for 5-8 minutes. Just until golden and browned.They should still be crunchy.
  • When potaotes are ready put on two plate.
  • Add prosciutto, asparagus and burrata on top. Top with freshly ground black pepper and micro greens.
  • Serve immediately.
