Im not a person that like heavy breakfasts. I actually don’t eat breakfast too often. But if I want to eat breakfast it has to be something quick, easy and light. Like this yogurt plate topped with summer fruits. It really is the ultimate healthy, easy, quick and super delicious summer breakfast! I love this mix of fruits so much. You have the crunchy and refreshing watermelon, creamy and sweet mango and sweet yet a bit sourish cherries. They are topped with sweet agave, slivered almonds and fresh mint. This really is such an easy and delicious summer plate to make when you want a fresh breakfast, afternoon snack or healthy and fresh dessert. It is both vegan, gluten, grain and sugar free and ready in only 5 minutes.
A few tips:
- I used a vegan greek yogurt, but you can use any plain (or flavored) yogurt that you like and prefer. But I would recommend you to use a plain and not flavored one.
- I prefer to leave my fruits out for 10-15 minutes to have them chilled yet not too cold.
- You can top this plate with any nuts and seeds that you like and prefer.

- Mango
- Watermelon
- Cherries
- Fiber syrup or agave
- Slivered almonds
- Fresh mint

Summer Fruits with Yogurt (Vegan, Gluten, Grain, Sugar Free)
Ingredients
- 2 dl (Vegan) plain yogurt
- 1 Mango peeled and sliced
- 2 dl Watermelon sliced
- 10 Cherries cut in half and pitted
- Fiber syrup or agave
- Slivered almonds
- Mint thinly sliced
Instructions
- Divide the yogurt between the two plates.
- Peel and slice the mango and watermelon and place on top of the yogurt.
- Cut the cherries in half and remove the pit. Place on top of the mango and watermelon.
- Top with fiber syrup or agave, slivered almonds and thinly sliced mint.
