Green Shakshouka(Vegetarian, Gluten, Grain Free & Low Carb) From Front In a Pan

Shakshuka for the win! Who’s with me? I love a traditional tomato based Shakshuka, but when it gets warm outside I tend to feel that it’s a bit heavy and I’d rather have something lighter and more fresh. That’s when I turn to her green baby sister! Green shakshuka is just as flavorful and delicious as a regular tomato based shakshuka, but it’s lighter and feels more fresh. It’s really a perfect option to make during warm summer days when you still want something filling, tasty and flavorful, but you don’t want something too heavy. The best thing is that you can just throw in all the greens you have at home, especially the ones that are starting to look a bit sad.
