I thought I share one of my latest toast obsessions. I have been eating this everyday now for the past week, and I don’t get tired of it. I use my Easy Nut & Seed Bread for this toast, together with vegan cream cheese and rhubarb sauce/spread. It’s so simple yet such a great combination. The creamy sweet(ish) cream cheese with a hint of tanginess combined with the tangy rhubarb spread is OMG… I can’t even describe it. You just have to give this combination a try!
